Currently at UNICEF, I designed and developed a new information system for the Evaluation function for UNICEF globally.
With the new system, legacy information systems on 20 years of evaluation records were integrated into a new modern API, solving many interoperability issues within the larger UNICEF data-ecosystem. The new platform uses a new workflow for all Monitoring and Evaluation staff, over 500+ regular users.
The end-product resulted in:
Higher data quality for the entire evaluation function
New simplfied workflow for staff
Real-time reporting of results
Customized dashboards in Power BI to track KPI/performance indicators for all regions
Data analysis to guide strategic investments
Working with a project manager, developer and business analyst, the system was designed and launched within a year. We used an Agile methods for delivery of a modernized.
